The Triple Crown Trio, Jaime Corum, Lisa Palombo, and Jocelyn Russell formed the Brushes and Bronze collaborative following their various exhibitions capturing the 1973 Triple Crown winner Secretariat and furthering his legacy during the famed champion’s 50th Anniversary celebration traveling tour held last year.

Join us for our 23rd Annual Holiday Open Studio! This year you might notice that we are opening on a different weekend AFTER Thanksgiving, Dec. 2 & 3 from 11am-5pm at Lisa Palombo Studios, 55 Mountain Avenue in Caldwell, NJ. The studio gallery event is free and open to the public.
Twice a year, we open my art studio and gallery to the public to showcase new original art consisting of impressionistic-style paintings, prints & gift items. The 2023 Holiday Open Studio collection consists of pieces from my newest “Secretariat Golden Anniversary,” “Animalia,” “Ode to Monet,” and “Flower Garden,” series.
Lisa Palombo’s annual Holiday Open Studio offers light refreshments. Children are always welcome.

The Sporting Art Auction, a collaboration between Keeneland Association and Greg Ladd’s Cross Gate Gallery of Lexington, Kentucky, has matured into one of the genre’s most anticipated annual events.
In 2023, Keeneland and Cross Gate again will team to conduct the 11th annual Sporting Art Auction on Saturday, November 18, at 12 p.m. EST.
The partnership between Keeneland and Cross Gate Gallery is a natural fit. Keeneland, recognized as the world’s premier Thoroughbred auction house, offers the perfect sale venue with its state-of-the-art sales pavilion and auctioneering expertise. Perhaps more importantly, many of its racing and sales clientele are avid collectors of sporting art.
Cross Gate, the country’s leading gallery of fine sporting art, delivers a superb collection of paintings and sculpture. Each year, Ladd travels throughout the U.S. and Europe to acquire important works that will capture the interest of ardent collectors.
In keeping with Keeneland’s mission, both sporting and altruistic, the association’s portion of the auction proceeds will benefit its non-profit initiatives, including the Keeneland Library Foundation.
The 2023 collection will be on display in the Keeneland sales pavilion through the art auction’s November date.

Big Red, as he is most often affectionately referred, became America’s Horse after his historic Triple Crown win in 1973, winning the Belmont Stakes by an unimaginable 31 lengths (in world record time) in what stands today as the single greatest horse racing performance ever. A Tremendous Machine will open to the public July 13 in the Peter McBean Gallery at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame, coinciding with opening day at Saratoga Race Course. The onsite exhibition at the Museum will remain on view through December 31.

Super excited to be the featured artist and invited to exhibit at the 2023 Belmont Stakes, the infamous last jewel in the Triple Crown! 50 years ago Secretariat won The Belmont to secure the Triple Crown! He and his rider Ron Turcotte broke all track records and still holds the best track time! This year’s race will be televised live June 10 at 5-6:50pm.

Lisa Palombo Studios will be donating a portion of the proceeds of her RED PANDA art and stickers to the Red Panda Network. Red Panda Network is the world leader in red panda conservation. Their vision is to ensure the survival of wild red pandas and preserve their habitat for future generations to study, experience, and enjoy by empowering local communities through research, education, and sustainable development.
All proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships directly support the Zoological Society of New Jersey’s mission to promote Essex County Turtle Back Zoo and the conservation of wildlife.

It is with great joy that I am announcing a new, eagerly-awaited! This is a rare but treasured opportunity to join me at Presby Iris Gardens for an exclusive experience. This workshop will allow you access to paint en plein air throughout the sprawling and exquisite iris gardens, have tutelage from me and learn impressionist painting techniques.
The Essex County Presby Memorial Iris Gardens was established in 1927 to honor Frank H. Presby of Montclair, a leading horticulturist and a founder of the American Iris Society. The gardens offer a spectacular display of thousands of iris varieties to visitors from all over the world and is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Sites.

This is our 19th annual Spring Open Studio show. Come join us in Lisa’s studio for a weekend of fine art and yummy treats.
Twice a year, Lisa opens her working art studio and gallery to the public to showcase new original art consisting of impressionistic-style paintings in various sizes and subject matter. She is known for her popular Ode to Monet, Fields of Joy, Koi, Water Lilies, Maritime and Horse Racing series, which all showcase her signature palette and expressive brushstrokes.
Lisa Palombo’s annual Spring Open Studio offers light refreshments. Children are always welcome. It is also a great opportunity to meet Lisa and learn more about her inspirations, painting process and the joys of art
