Painted at the world’s largest public iris garden, Presby Memorial Iris Gardens, The Enchanted Garden evokes the lush abundance and shifting light of bloom season through layered passages of violet, lavender, cream, and green. As Palombo notes, “I wanted this painting to feel immersive, as if you are standing within the iris beds at the height of bloom, surrounded by color, movement, and light.”
